Perfect summer's morning. Bright and sunny, temps in the 70Fs, light traffic due to COVID-19.  13.6K.

7.5M mostly LT run at 8:50 overall pace. 
According to mistress Garmin I had a record (since January) mile (8:08) , 5K (26.03) and 10K (54.37) tucked in there somewhere.
