3.3 miles, sunny hot and disgusting, 90°.

Legs very sore and tired from yesterday‘s softball doubleheader, where I served as the team’s designated pinch runner as usual.

First morning run in a couple of weeks with the temps a comfortable 70F, instead of being in the 80s. 12.7K
