9.25M. Waited too long before leaving and it was hot which cranked up my HR but not really perceived exertion.
So Madam Garmin thinks I way overdid it but don't feel particularly wiped.

Second virtual 5K race in a 3-part series.  This morning's race was on a much tougher course and warmer day and I was only a minute slower.  not bad.
