Cold and rainy led to 45 minute run on the treadmill out in the garage. We bought a very basic treadmill last year and it’s really coming in handy with the need to shelter in due to age and corona virus and our Juneuary weather this year.

7M. Pace was average but HR was really up due to 90 degree heat. I'm switching to pre-breakfast running now to avoid repeats of that.
