10.3 miles at 9:30.
One more cycle of 7,10, x-train until I add a mile to the shorter run. 
Goal is a 3-day cycle of 8,11, X-train by the 4th of July.

Another early 6:30am start before work run to beat the heat. 13.33K
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
