10M. Will stick with 7 mile and 10 mile runs and a cross-train in 3-day rotation for a couple of weeks to cement in.
I now only need to add 1 more mile to my longer run (to 11M) and shorter run (to 8M) to hit my base-building goal.

7.6 mile meandering trail run, allergies kicked in at 3.5 to 4 out of 10. Daily zyrtec knocks it back a bit.
I'll stick to running, thank you.
