Magnolia Dr. the harder way from the top (8660'). 13.8 miles, so didn't do the entire out and back but got in my 7:00 of running this week.

7.25M at 9:15 pace which is apparently my new plain ole aerobic pace.
As an old guy ramping things up I'll take it! 35 for the week.
