Ran 5 in town this morning with a friend, combined it with a trip to my office to scan a bunch of things that needed to be filed.

I'll probably do a crossfit workout later.

Oh I was just giving you a hard time.  No worries!


I did a crossfit workout this evening that included 80 weighted lunges and a ton of back squats. I probably won't be posting a run tomorrow.
