Usually I run a flattish 45-50 minute recovery run on Mondays but it snowed all day and I didn't feel like driving to lower elevation. So did 48 minutes at 7400 to 7750 or so in the snow and wind. Several stops to adjust my buff--I choke and gag easily--that wore to ward off the cold, not for Covid reasons. All on the roads so no encounters with humans.
Bad fall at the end and bashed my shoulder and twisted an ankle. After rolling around on the ground for a minute I got up and jog/hobbled home. Like the black knight, just a flesh wound.
Hoping that this is the end of winter.
