Someone posted this training regimen on my Sprinting and Science Facebook group. So in the interest of science I tried it. I focused on the second row above since I always get pretty good starts but at Nationals there are many people faster than me.

Good workout.

5K maintenance run.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
