Track workout today! With the temps soaring into the 40's and the snow all melted, I did the workout at the local track.
25 minutes dynamic stretches and sprint drills.
3 x 50m with blocks @90%
3 x 100m, standing start @85%
1 x 150m, rolling start @80%
2 x 200m, rolling start @ 75%
1 x 300m, rolling start @70%
Leg was hurting (quad, hip), so I focused on form and quality rather than speed. ART next week.
