Track workout today!
With the Reggie unavailable due to HS track meets until the New Year, I did my workout outdoors on a warm 40 degree day. The snow and ice had melted off 3/4 of the local track, good enough for my purposes, although all repeats were into a strong wind.
25 minutes dynamic warmups and sprint drills.
1 x 200m @85%
3 x 100m @90%
1 x 200m @85%
6 x 50m with blocks, focusing on blasting out without popping up.
I bagged the last 200 I was going to do, diminishing returns with the headwinds making me work much harder.
