Around 5 miles. My longest run since New Year’s Eve.

10.5K.  Healing calf is slowly allowing me to go longer and a bit faster every day.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

I closed out the week with an double, 7.7 AM and 3.7 (at 8200' elevation) in the afternoon. 60 for the week over 6 days, feeling a bit off overall.

@diablita, saw your 20 the other day. Only marathoners do 20. What do you have lined up? Or is it an ultra? Steve Sisson former of  Rogue has started a new podcast, Running on Purpose. He started up Telos Running early in the year and had about a dozen podcasts, then dropped off for the summer but has started up again.

@Arrojo, 5 miles is your longest of the year? Was wondering how your hip has been doing, you had to cut back over the summer.
I'll stick to running, thank you.
