Track workout today! This weekend is the national Masters track and field championships. My hip and glutr are feeling much better, alas just too late for me to compete at nationals. Next meet is either the New England Masters championships or the Maine senior games, both in two weeks.
Today’s workout:
Jog 800, 20 mins sprint drills.
2 sets of 100, 150, 200, 300, all close to 90%.
