After a rough night of sleep (or lack thereof, thanks work!) I did 7.7 with a gnarly workout of 5X 300/200, 2 mile tempo, and again 5X300/200 - 300s at 5K effort/200s at marathon pace. So no break. It was gnarly on that last set of 300s because the first of the reps was up a steep hill, and that put me under for the remaining reps.
I'm going to do 10 or so today.
