I ran a mile. Leg 23 of our 26 x 1 mile relay team of which I was the captain. My fastest mile in quite a few years. What a wicked fun relay race this is.

ETA:  in case you’re wondering, I ran a 7:50.  Laughable for many I know, but at age 59 this is the best I can do. It is a 6:20 age-graded.
