One lap around the college block (1.5 miles) and I was completely calf pain-free.  That's a good day for me right now.  I'll be taking it easy moving mileage back up as this calf thing has bitten me way too many times.

5 good miles. Hammy complaining a lot less, knee mostly quiet + 10 miles cycling
