I'm doing a 2 day cycle three days per week.
Day 1 deadlifts, overhead and rows. Then kick off density blocks with goblet squats
Day 2 is Squat, bench and weighted pull ups and kick off density blocks with single farmer carries
Density block build is either goblet squats or farmer carries
Then burpies, plank to straight arms and side planks
Density block pylo is thigh cross throughs, skater skips and lunge jumps
