wasn't feeling treadmill or pavement (and it's too wet out for trail time), so i spent an hour on the erg.

Longest run of the year.
Everything seemed to hold up ok.

Straggled through 5.3K this evening.  Early 5am wake up call to work the 23K water station at the Goodlife Fitness Toronto Marathon this morning.  Sooo tired.   :sleep:
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
