10 miles.

Felt sluggish the whole way even when my pace was actually normal.

19K.  Nice spring afternoon run.  Soooo many people out in their yards gardening or taking care of their lawns.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

8 miles at about 9:30 pace.
First run over 10k.
Longest run of the year and highest week so far.

Cold, damp, windy, which was OK with me,
except for the wind. It tore my emergency poncho
in half and I had to stop and tuck it in my shorts.
to keep it from flapping, it didn't want to stay.
At about mile 5 I had enough and just threw it away.

No real pain, the foot held up OK.
Good run. Good year so far.
