Track workout today!
It's master's track season. After 5 weeks of Insanity workouts, I hit the track for my 2nd sprint workout:
Jog 800M
20 minutes dynamic stretching (High knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines, elephants)
3 x 200M at 75% (35-37 secs), walk 200 in between
rest 5 minutes
2 x 200M (37 secs)
