Beautiful sunny, 60F weather when the norm is 45F.  14 miles.   
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

A nearly perfect day.
Another 2 miles at sub 8 pace.
Just didn't feel like going for the 10k.
So I gave up. No excuses. Lungs and energy weren't there.
After 2 months easy to let the foot heal up,
I am a little heavy and have lost my mileage base.
There's always next year.
Though I do have a shot to pass last year's mileage
if I remain active for the rest of the year.
