10K race (plus one mile warm and one mile cool down).  It was three minutes off my PR, but I am pleased because I'm not quite back to PR shape yet and it was really warm - I think I could have shaved about a minute and a half off my time in cooler autumn temps. :)

When did races become selfie fests?  ???
