4 miles, hip pain started after 1 mile so I walked most of the rest. DH has recommended an exercise from when he had something similar so hopefully that will fix the problem.  :fingers:

26.84 is my record for GPS marathon distance.

Easy post cold 6.75K.  Weird weather run with sun, wind, hail, and rain.  Just heard a thunder boomer out there.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
