Surely I am not the first person to run today.  Anyway, track workout!

800M jog
20 minutes dynamic stretching and warmups
3 sets of 2 x 200m, with 200 rest, between 35 and 40 secs, 5 minutes rest in between sets
Practice with starting blocks - 5 starts
Jog 800M
Trump sucks

Walked a mile to the gym and ran 8 miles on the treadmill.   Ahh… :)

I have never been able to do such long runs on the treadmill.  I am impressed.

45 minutes on the indoor track.

Last winter I finally just made peace with the treadmill.  With good music, I can easily do 10-11 miles now.  I don't know what changed in me!

10.3K.  Still pretty much snow free out there today.  Might change tomorrow and a couple of inches are forecasted.

Haven't heard anything official yet Rio.  Their FB page is still active with a post on December 17th, so it looks good for another run to take place.  When, I'm not sure?
