Would you run, especially given these very cold temps?
Unless I have a fever or can't breathe, running usually makes me feel better. So I would probably run easy.
I cough almost constantly when i run in the winter . Its pretty unpleasant.
Do you take any long lasting controlling medication for your asthma?
Nope. Dr will only prescribe inhaled steroids.
Typical head cold for almost two weeks. Hacking cough these past 4 days.Would you run, especially given these very cold temps?
Have you discussed singulair with your doctor?
I threw in the towel. Hacking away when I paused and just no.energy
It can be hard to get covered by insurance, depending on the policy, especially for allergies and not all the time asthma (like exercise -induced, or irritant induced). But with it being in generic now, that might be getting easier.I am really surprised that MM's doc won't work with her more on controlling her asthma. Just because it "only" acts up from exercise and irritants and weather and every time she gets a cold, it is seriously interfering with her day to day life. It sounds like it bothers her almost every day. That's seems like it's crying out for more daily management, not once in a while solutions.
