Has anyone here tried Pose Running method? I started and my calves are killing me, which is good I suppose, but I wanted to chat with others and see what you people have found.
Thanks

I have heard of it, never really tried it.
I DO try to tilt forward from my ankles when I run. I think tilting forward from the ankles helps me to have a foot strike that is more underneath, and might keep me from over striding.

I don't know much about it. I got an email yesterday with a picture of a balance ball and a guy leaning on it in a running pose, is it something to do with that?

I've seen people do it. They look quite silly. That doesn't mean it's bad if it works for them, though.
