turns out to be pretty good. I'm not entirely sure what spices were used other than cumin, but...
Made crust out of crescent roll dough (that expired in March but smelled ok, even if texture was deteriorating). Baked 3 minutes hoping to not be soggy.
Salsa (as the "sauce" layer)
Red bell pepper (cooked on the stove first)
Vegetarian chorizo
Spinach (below & above the cheese)
Shredded Cheddar
Shredded Parmesan
Jalepenos that had been carmelized or something on top (I wasn't paying attention to this step)
Then 13ish minutes with everything else on it.
Yummy. I like dating someone who can cook.
