5.8 miles easy on ski trails, no snow yet but we should get some in the next few weeks.

Couple of inches of snow on the ground this morning. Didn't get out till late afternoon to let a bit of thaw happen. Had to run down to the store today, which is closed Mondays, because I forgot to make a sign that we are not opened till noon on Remembrance Day tomorrow. 15K on the run to and back from the store.

My old man bladder is not used to the cold right now. Had to pee before, after, and twice during the run.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

6.5 miles and 8 uphill strides,  ended up with just a bit more than 7 miles. My legs felt surprisingly good after completing my highest ever mileage week, just shy of 50 miles. Looking forward to a hard workout tomorrow.

It was about 30°F out and windy. I wore under armor pants, a Tshirt with a light jacket over it, gloves, and a hat and was pretty comfy.
