Ran an easy 7 this morning, hitting some muddy trail sections mid-way through. It has rained heavily this week, so I had to finish up on the roads to make sure my shoes weren't caked in mud.

4 hilly miles on a nice sunny 68° day today. Tomorrow another chemo infusion.

I did a mile for time, a mile easy, another mile for time and half a mile cool down. It was 90 fahrenheit and humid, I done messed up with that one. I haven't run in the heat in years but now I know better again.

12K Run commute back home. Warm, a bit humid and a good amount of uphill.
