Woke up late, had a couple cups of coffee, and did 3 miles. Gonna have to rework my sleep/wake cycle until I get more used to warmer weather I think. Those 3 beat me more than 5 do even at a similar pace.

Worked a 5K/10K trail run this morning. Didn't get out for my run till around 4pm and a good hour nap after getting home. Took a while to get the legs loose. 10K.
