I always get mixed up at how the rest of the world does day and month.
AM - 3K warmup (30 F this morning at the track) with drills and a couple strides. 6X600 m in 2:20-2:23 with 200 m jog. I covered 3 miles at 6:50s (HR 140s-150), then switched into spikes and did a 400 (sluggishly 1:33), 300 (1:05, and 100 (20). 5.75 miles. PM - I'm doing some threshold reps this afternoon (5X or 6X 5 minutes) for a pretty solid double.
