2.2 miles. Only my second run in nine weeks and first run in a month, not counting all that sprinting I did in the Cuba softball tournament last week.
My foot (Achilles, rolled ankle) seems ok. My wind, exacerbated by asthma needs work. I am not in any kind of distance running shape . I had to stop and walk a couple of times. I’ll stick with this distance - for a week or two - until I can run it without stopping. But I’m back!
