Just 1/2 mile to kill some time after my Mountain Bike Race.
29*C and 30%RH but didn’t feel too hot in the shade. Nice short trail section with a 12% climb and a steep descent.
For the week: just two runs (very light week with the bike race)
For Next week: it’s time for another time trial workout, I’m trying to do those monthly this go around. Probably do a ~45 minute test next Wednesday or Friday
