Long run but getting shorter, tapering with target race just 2 weeks out.
17k trail run with a couple built-in 15-minute efforts. Those efforts kind of kicked my butt, and my knee complained a little. Probably under-nourished a little, as well. Shortened the run a bit and finished by walking the last 15 minutes.
Got a late start which turned a crisp frosty morning run into a moderately warm afternoon run.(17*C, 20%RH)
