Slept in and then had a late morning dentist appointment. Which allowed the temps to go up a bit from my usual morning time run, but still the coldest day so far at 3F wind chills. 11.5K

3km, walk/jog combo
Wasn’t planning on running but It was too pretty not to fit one in at lunch
