4.3 km trail run.
The day after falling HARD off my MTB and *not* breaking my knees but sure felt like it for a while.
So this was more of a jog. Which was better than the walk I was afraid I’d be limited to.
Should be fine with a few days rest. Got a road 5k planned in 10 days. Not a target race but hopefully I’ll be back to 100% for it.
