i ran, hokay i trotted - but i'm doing things again and i haven't needed my rescue inhaler (nor have i fallen down again).


that's four times in the past two weeks going 1.25 miles without issue.


weather permitting (goshbless global warming) i may be able to continue and ramp up some...

Put together a 5K night fun run route yesterday evening. 5K on the route check and 5K tempo leading out the run a couple of hours later.

22K today.
