Short 4.5km trail run/walk after a casual bike ride. 2:1 run:walk, didn’t want to overdo it after last night’s hot run. 31*C:66%RH
+43m ascent for average 1% grade

Ran the running club's 200m + 1 mile challenge. 34.5 and 7:37. Not too bad for age 62.
