Sunday April 18

Great track workout today! It was a Mass Velocity team workout, followed by lunch and a team meeting. How wonderful to see everyone again!

I was in a group with world masters 70-74 400m champion Roger Pierce, his wife, masters national 45-50 200m champion, and national masters 70-74 200m champion Warren Graff. We all pushed each other and it was night and day over my embarrassing workout last Monday, three days after my Covid shot.

We did 2 x 200m, then 3 x 100m. The pace was close to race pace and we were all fried and agreed to shut it down. Quality over quantity as Roger always says.

My mojo is back.

Yeah baby! (Arrojo)

21.6K today. Started in sunny skies, ended in light showers.
