7.4 in a little over an hour - included 400' hill climb in the middle, of which I ran hard for about 10 min (6.5 min hard, 1 min recovery, 3.5 hard)

Dead legs. Garmin says I should rest or take it easy for the next two days. Still, 11.5K on this afternoon's run commute.
