Long run day. For me that was 90 minutes. Temp in the low 60’s and humidity at 74%. Really enjoyed it. I’m up to mid-20’s for weekly mileage. Not sure what to aim for next, but probably move that up to 30’s. I am doing all easy except for one day with speed work included. Finally able to buy dumbbells so able to add back in some strength work every few days. Been missing that. Given my mid-70’s age, I’m really just interested in staying fit as long as possible rather than race goals. I do like working the mileage up though.
