Track workout today! Last track workout before Nationals.  (Still doing plyo, hockey, yoga, upper body workouts next week).

25 minutes dynamic warm-ups and sprint drills.
Two sets of:
3 x 50m with blocks @ 95%
1 x 200m @ 85%
1 x 300m @ 80%

10 minutes rest in between sets.
Hockey sucks

Good job!

3 miles on the dreadmill after we visited a really cool new indoor climbing gym.  (It's right next to Sierra Nevada's humongous East Coast operation. Talk about heaven.)

I was at PT for an hour this morning, with about 30 minutes of work on the glutes and hips.

Then an old stand by workout over lunch across from Scott Fauble's high school, 10 min threshold (6:36) followed by 5X 1 minute cut downs, getting faster each rep, at about 6:20 to 5:40. That's my first real type workout (I did a tempo last week and the week before) with some faster stuff.

46 minutes (a bit under 6) for the day

I'll stick to running, thank you.
