Still no snow, so outdoor workout on a sunny, 25° Day.
25 minutes dynamic warm-ups and sprint drills.
Two sets of:
3 x 50m with blocks @ 95%
1 x 200m @ 85%
1 x 300m @ 80%
10 minutes rest in between sets. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it’s quality over quantity, I am hauling ass when I do these repeats and it takes a lot out of me. After each of these 200 and 300 I get down on one knee and spend a good 20 -30 seconds recovering.
