Track work Tuesday. I did the workout that Wilson pointed out is tougher than a 5K today: 4 x 1600 with 90 sec recovery and 1 mile warm up/cool down.
I didn't think I could hit the numbers because it's setting up to be the hottest day of the year and it was already mid 70's and incredibly humid when I went to the track. But I did it. By the time I got to the cool down mile I was cruising easy at 8.
