9.3K.  Probably the first time in March that I have cut a run short due to cold temps.  Plus I'm dealing with a bit of a groin pull. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

3 mile progressive run in windy conditions.  The second mile was actually a bit slower paced than the first, but there was a good deal of hill to deal with so the effort level was higher.
