We had a friend bring pizza and I made stuffed mushrooms, buffalo chicken dip, jalapeno popper bites and Kahlua cake. Now you see how my 4 week challenge got off to a not so great start.
I'm doing my own thing this month that started today just for this reason. I made hummus from Ottolenghi's book, deviled eggs with Israeli pickles and pickle juice (so good) and a crudite platter.
