Went out just as the afternoon thunderstorm clouds started rolling in.  Temps were feeling just above 100F in the sun as I started my run, so the clouds were welcome.  Heard my first thunder boomer about 5K into the run, but no sign of lightning.  8K in had a few spits of rain and the winds picked up.  Funny running through pockets of hot humid air and cooler air from about 8-9K.  Heavens opened up between 9-11K, it felt great.  12.75K all together.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
