66 minutes and 1 second on terra firma asphalt. Windy and cold but not unpleasant.

Wrapped up last week (70 miles) with 15 miler that concluded with 2.6 miles at MP (2X1 mile and 1X 1 km) with equal recovery. Two solid weeks back to back. Going a little easier this week.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

60 minutes jog, 1 times 55 plus 40 seconds @ 170-175 max HR.
