Copy and pasting from yesterday:

3.3 mile test run that devolved into a walk/run phlegm fest. It’s incredible how much of that stuff my lungs are producing.

Very frustrating.

5K course inspection of a Resolution Run I organize for this Saturday.  It's down by the lake, so had to deal with a cold windchill.    :snowball:
